• Hot Oil: Apply from roots to ends. Cover with a shower cap & use a heating cap for 30 minutes.

• Squeeze the bottle directly onto the scalp, and massage oil into the scalp to relieve dryness, itchiness & other common scalp conditions 2-4 times per week.
